  • 70% of organizations rely on the annual review to evaluate employee engagement. However, only 16% say this is the only measure they use
  • Executives cited a lack of qualified applicants as their greatest recruiting challenge, with only 34% of executives saying their organization is able to attract top talent
  • More than 80% of executes believe that digital tools will help their executive team make more strategic decisions
