Key findings from the report include:
- Less than half (48%) of organizations say their Electronic Health Record has demonstrated a clear ROI. Employee engagement is a top priority among organizations, but only 46% say their Human Capital Management software contributes to their engagement goals.
- Only 17% of organizations have a dedicated patient engagement app.
- 52% of organizations are planning to invest in new technology within the next two years.
