Addressing Client Engagement as a Top Priority This Year
In the 2024 Behavioral Health Industry Trends Report, behavioral health leaders indicated that client engagement was their second highest priority, right behind recruiting and retention. It’s well understood that better patient engagement helps improve long-term outcomes, and this is especially true in behavioral health where service delivery involves building ongoing relationships and trust between patients and providers. However, organizations struggle to find strategies that adequately address patient engagement. In this research brief, we’ll take a deeper dive into the current state of clinical workflows and how they impact the client experience, including newly released stats from the 2024 Behavioral Health Industry Trends Survey.
