Introducing ContinuumCloud's Work Tech Survey Report

Mollie Phelps

The time has come for ContinuumCloud’s first ever Workforce Technology Survey!

This survey explores how behavioral health and human services organizations use technology to improve the employee experience, increase workforce productivity, and enable higher quality care. The survey includes responses from employees of all kinds at mid-sized human services organizations across the country.

If 2020 was the year to reimagine how we work, 2021 is the year to reinvent the path ahead. “We’ve always done it this way” is a concept that strategic organizations are leaving in the past. As many organizations continue hybrid work styles this year, we are left with no choice but to adapt to the changing world of work. Without a doubt, technology plays a large role in paving the way forward and enabling a dispersed workforce to perform more efficiently.

“What has our organization accomplished so far?” “What has worked, and what hasn’t?” and “How can my organization improve for the next half of the year?” are important questions for leaders to think about as we pass the halfway mark in the year. And for behavioral health and human services organizations, the way in which these questions are answered and addressed is very different from other industries. With that in mind, the ContinuumCloud Work Tech Survey purposefully examines the state of their organization and the processes in place.

This workforce tech survey dives into four key areas and how technology is helping or interfering with our efforts in these areas:

  • The employee experience
  • The client experience
  • Organizational operations and outcomes
  • Workforce priorities for the rest of 2021

The results of the survey are currently being compiled, and the full report will be released in August. Want to be notified when it’s available? Sign up to receive an update here.

ContinuumCloud will also be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 2pm ET to explore some of the initial findings. Stay tuned for more details!
